Overview

Peptora is a SaaS product. Refunds depend on usage and eligibility.

Eligibility

A refund may be considered when both of the following apply:

• The request is made within 14 days of purchase.
• A major service failure has occurred.

When refunds are not available

Refunds are not available for:

• a change of mind;
• partial usage of the service; or
• a violation of our Terms of Service.

Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no partial refunds for unused subscription time.
